Recently a supposed rendering of the Huawei P30 Pro appeared in the network. Unfortunately, the image shows only the back of the device.
As we can see, the camera module received a fourth sensor. It is a 3D scanner for precisely determining the boundaries of objects in the frame. And also for further use of this data to create even better bokeh, streaming background replacement and even saving 3D models of objects.
The location of the main sensors has not changed.
Two cameras share one platform, while the third is separate and located directly below them.
The LED flash is located below the third sensor.
The LEICA branding is also present, confirming that Huawei’s partnership with the German company will continue this year.
The ToF 3D camera is located a few millimeters to the right of the first two cameras in a pad of similar length, but much less protruding from the case.
Above the sensor is a mysterious black circle, and below it is the automatic laser focusing module.
It is worth noting that this picture is not official, and therefore its credibility remains questionable.
