Тайваньская компания MediaTek без особой помпы официально представила свой новый процессор Helio P35, который, по сути, был анонсирован вместе со смартфоном Xiaomi Mi Play. Со слов разработчиков, Helio P35 позволяет создавать полноэкранные смартфоны, оснащенные дисплеями разрешением Full HD и соотношением сторон 20: 9. Сам же новый мобильный чипсет имеет производительный восьмиъядерный процессоро ARM Cortex-A53 с тактовой частотой до 2,3 ГГц и графическиц процессор IMG PowerVR GE8320, работающим на частоте до 680 МГц. А благодаря гибкости встроенного контроллера памяти LPDDR3 / LPDDR4x, производителям устройств будет легче выбирать сбалансированное между ценой и производительностью устройство для удовлетворения потребности рынка.
Для производства MediaTek Helio P35 используется 12-нм FinFET технологический процессор от TSMC.
MediaTek Helio P35 позволяет в смартфонах использовать двойные камеры разрешением до 13 МП каждая или одну 25 МП с поддержкой электронной системы стабилизации изображения, а также улучшенный функционал искусственного интеллекта, задействованный при обработке изображений.
Среди прочих возможностей нового процессора отмечается также поддержка им всех глобальных 4G/LTE диапазонов и двух SIM карт с технологиями VoLTE/ViLTE. Для североамериканского рынка также предлагается поддержка 600 МГц диапазона.
