HUAWEI announces the start of sales in Russia headphones FreeBuds Lite.

Thanks to self-contained power supply and built-in antennas, HUAWEI FreeBuds Lite provides wireless Bluetooth 4.2 with any smartphone up to 10 meters away.

Special ergonomics and moisture protection allow you to use the headphones even during active sports in all weather conditions, and modern noise cancellation technology – listen to music and talk even in a busy city environment.

The FreeBuds Lite wireless headphones are designed for the purity-conscious, 7mm diameter speakers with titanium-coated polyurethane diaphragms. This provides richer, smoother bass and clarity in high frequencies.

AAC-LC (Advanced Audio Coding – Low Complexity) technology guarantees accurate sound and high sound detail in all headphone usage scenarios. Separate wireless transmission for the right and left audio channels also contributes to this.

For a secure and comfortable fit in your ears, FreeBuds Lite comes with three sizes of standard rubber earmolds and one more pair of sport ones.

The wireless headset has an IPX4 splash-proof housing that allows you to use FreeBuds Lite even in the rain. The headset is equipped with four 2×2 microphones with ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology that can reduce the noise level by 10-20 dB (depending on its type) for good voice audibility during conversations in the presence of background noise.

The headset control system is implemented in the form of simple taps on each of the headphones. A double press on the left earpiece activates the voice assistant, and on the right earpiece allows you to start/stop listening to music.

When a call comes in on your smartphone, double-tapping on either earpiece will let you answer the call, and double-tapping again will end it.

FreeBuds Lite headphones have an infrared sensor that detects when the headphones are removed from your ears, after which the music automatically pauses. Playback resumes when the headphones are returned to your ears.

FreeBuds Lite comes with a compact case. When you open it, the Bluetooth connection to the paired smartphone is automatically re-established, and when you close it, the headphones go into sleep mode and recharge. A 410 mAh battery is built into the case, which provides more than 10 hours of active headset use when repeatedly recharged.

A full charge of the headphones’ own batteries (55 mA*h) provides 3 hours of audio mode, and the fast recharge feature in 15 minutes allows the headphones to work for 1.5 hours.

The recommended price of HUAWEI FreeBuds Lite in Russia is 7,990 rubles. The wireless headphones will go on sale on April 2, 2019 and will be available in charcoal black and ceramic white in the official online store and later in partner stores.
